Kick off 19 days of culinary discovery at the Savour Sidney Launch Party, a celebration of local flavour, community, and creativity. Join us in the heart of Sidney, BC, for an evening filled with delectable tastings, regional beverages, live entertainment, and great company, all in honour of the chefs and businesses that make our town a dining destination.
Get a first taste of what’s to come during Savour Sidney, running from March 13 to March 31, 2026, a time to explore exclusive prix fixe menus, seasonal specialties, and signature experiences from participating restaurants.
